Orders and Delivery
How fast are your production times?
The order production time depends on several factors, including product type, time of the year, product stock status, and order size. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:
- The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier
- The product did not pass the post-production quality check and must be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
- The order contains 12 or more items.
However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within seven business days, please contact our team for a status update.
To where do you ship?
As of the moment, we only deliver in the 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Are customs and import fees included in the price?
Customs fees are taxes that can sometimes be applied to imported shipments based on each country’s import regulations.
Since we only cater to US territory, no customs or import fees are required.
What is sales tax, and does it apply to me?
Sales tax is a tax applied on retail purchases by the seller that is passed on to the state government. Orders fulfilled and shipped within the US are subject to sales tax.
I want to change my order
Once an order is submitted, it is not possible to edit or remove any of the products. When the order is already sent to production, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it.
To request an address change, click on the order in your account, followed by Edit.
Note: If the order is already being prepared for shipping, it will no longer be possible.
My order needs to be corrected. Can I cancel my order?
Technically, yes. As long as the order hasn’t been sent to production yet.
However, if the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the Print Provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge.
How do I choose the correct size for the merchandise?
On our order page, you will see the available colors and sizes you can choose from. We have included the measurements of each size for your reference as well.
Is there a minimum order quantity for the merchandise?
So far, there is none.
Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e., a replacement/repair for a minor fault or a refund for a major fault)?
As a company policy, returns and exchanges are NOT supported if the customer ordered the wrong size or color or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please contact our team using the Contact Page and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will forward it to Printify for their action.
If an issue affects multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Note that if the order shipping details are incorrect or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
Remember: you are responsible for inputting the correct information on the order page.
Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

Shipping
Why is there no tracking for my order?
- There are two possible reasons:
a.) The selected Print Provider doesn’t offer tracked delivery
A few of Printify’s Print Providers don’t offer tracked carrier services for their orders:
- Prodigi (some orders only)
- WOYC (some orders only, see here)
- WPaPS
b.) The order hasn’t been fulfilled yet
Your order might still be in production – please allow up to 7 business days for it to be completed. The tracking information will become available once the order status has changed to “Fulfilled”.
If your order has a tracking number, but there are no recent tracking updates, please get in touch with us by contacting us on the Contact Page, and we’ll look into it for you.
Payment methods
What payment methods are accepted for the merchandise?
We only accept PayPal & credit cards now: no bank transfers and cash on delivery (COD).
