Here at Pacific Playa Realty, we always strive to ensure that our products are 100% quality and have the best standards. We sourced the best materials and procedures to make our products perfect and flawless. During the product design stage, we ensured everything was on track. 

In line with this, in the event of any unwanted product you want to return or exchange, PPR will not entertain these requests for any of the purchased items for the time being.

Instead, we highly recommend you check the product descriptions and features before you purchase to avoid unsatisfied orders. 

Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to check if the order shipping details are correct or if the customer ordered the proper size or color. 

We will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Remember: you are responsible for inputting the correct information on the order page.
